Finally posting again. I have finally pass through 9 weeks of BMTC Tekong live. There is so much i wanna say about it but there is also so much things which i cannot really write down.
Things i enjoy in NS
- Field Camp (my section commander is very relax on us, & we didn't really got punish alot)
- Section mates (we really are a section full of slackers, people say what we do what)
- Last 2 weeks (we only did IPPT, SOC & games day, i always sleep & my section mate always know what i will do when there is admin time)
- Live Firing (only chance you can shoot live rounds out of a rifle is during NS)
- Grenade (same reason as live range)
Things i do not enjoy in NS
- Route march (i hate it so much)
- Punished for other people's mistake (i do not mind being punish for platoon mate's mistake, but kana punish for other platoon's punish is just not that fair)
- Waking up early (thats why i always sleep in my free time)
Results
IPPT
- Sit up : 42 (5 points)
- Chin up : 8 (3 points)
- Standing board jump : 225 (3 points)
- Shuttle run : 9.9 sec (5 points)
- 2.4km run : 10.55 min (3 points)
Over all : silver
SOC
Pass
Swimming
Cat B : fail
Live Range
25/32 : no marksman, just pass
Field Craft
106(+-)/130(+-) : passed (cannot really remeber my score & the total score)
When i am doing all the training, i will be like "Why the hell am i here". When i finish everything le, i will be like "Haha, those times were funny". I guess i won't forget my days in BMTC. Now i have to wait for my posting. I really hope i can get posted to Police. If i really do, i will sign on, i think. Really happy that i have 11 days of leave. Will use this days to good use. Thats for now. Bye.
